A small shop, started by accident
Witch's View began in early 2021 as Witchy Vibes Tarot Readings, Alexis Quick was a new mom, drawn to anything spooky, and reading tarot for herself first and friends second. The readings turned into requests, the requests turned into an Etsy shop, and the Etsy shop eventually turned into the shelves inside The Liddle Gallery you can walk into today.
The name changed when the inventory did. Her boyfriend suggested Witch's View, the line stuck, and the shop never went back. The word witchcraft shows up here, but so do manifestation and intention and just trying it for myself, whichever fits the way you're coming to this.
Who runs it
Alexis runs the shop. She's a mom of two, which is why hours are what they are. Most pieces in the case are something she has made, the spell jars are hers, the bracelets are strung by her at the front counter, the polymer-clay jewelry is hers, the resin pieces are hers. Stones, salts, and decks she buys from a small group of suppliers she trusts.
She also reads tarot, by online order, returned by email, and runs Enchanted Cleaning Co. as a side service for people who want a space cleared in person.
On the handmade-ness
Handmade pieces have small imperfections. They enhance its handmade nature and character. Nothing in the case is a mistake.
On the road, sometimes
When the shop can spare her, Alexis runs pop-up events at markets and fairs, reading tarot at the table and selling a curated slice of the shop. Follow @witchsview on Instagram for upcoming dates.
